Update the link to the footer style you wish to use by commenting in the footer .less file you wish to use in the styles.less file and then commenting out any unused footers or removing. Finally, copy over the relevant code from the html includes footer file in to the main master, moving the flexinav / mini sitemap and any other widgets in to place.
